Please note that our rental prices are set year-round and cover all seasons during the
year.
We do not charge our guests more for high season which most visitors are faced with.
All of my prices are in Mexican Pesos.
If your stay is shorter than 1 week a 400 pesos (~$20 US) cleaning fee will be
applied.
The full price of the rental time (up to one month) is due before the keys are given. If
the renter does not stay the full time that they have agreed upon then they are entitled
to a return of funds less 20% for cancellation.

Payment for our apartment rental can be made with credit card or PayPal. After we agree on a rental stay schedule I will send you a payment link for the transaction. This payment request comes from my PayPal account and you are not required to have a PayPal account.
